Axene Workspace is business email hosting on your own domain. You connect a domain you own, publish a few DNS records, and create mailboxes for your team. Everyone gets a fast webmail client, and paid plans add IMAP/SMTP so any desktop or mobile mail app works too.
Workspace is built for African SMEs: pricing is in Kenya Shillings, billing is per mailbox, and you only pay for the mailboxes you actually run.
What you get
- Email on your domain -
[email protected], hosted on Axene infrastructure (mail.axene.io), with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC set up for you. - Webmail - compose, labels, snooze, scheduled send, search, signatures, and vacation responders in the browser.
- Mailboxes, aliases, and shared inboxes - personal mailboxes, shared mailboxes like
support@, send-only addresses, and aliases that route to existing mailboxes. - Standard protocols - IMAP and SMTP on paid plans, so Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, and phones all work with an app password.
- Migration - bring existing mail over from Gmail, Zoho, or Outlook.
- Admin console - domains, DNS diagnostics, members and roles, storage, audit log, and billing in one place.
